CENTER STAGE

Center Stage is a theater-arts–based workshop series designed for youth, teens, and adults seeking a creative outlet, a sense of belonging, and opportunities to build confidence and emotional resilience. Rooted in the principles of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), the program nurtures self-expression, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being through engaging, movement-based, and improvisational activities.

Offered as either a single 1-hour workshop or a 6-week series, Center Stage provides a supportive space where participants can explore their voices, collaborate with others, and develop essential life skills through the arts.

Finale Performance Option:
For groups participating in the 6-week series, an optional mini showcase can be added at the end of the program. This light, low-pressure performance allows participants to share scenes, skits, or creative pieces developed during the workshops. The finale is designed to celebrate growth, boost confidence, and strengthen community connection—whether presented for families, peers, or the broader community.
