STORY-TYME with AGSP [for ages 3 - 8]
An interactive story time with dress up and character play for ages 4 - 8
Story-tyme is for children ages 4–8 promoting active listening, imagination play, and character dress-up. The program encourages engagement with storytelling, creativity, and joyful self-expression in a relaxed, supportive setting.
PRESS PLAY >>> [ previously titled play on purpose ] [A Staged Reading Performance & Discussion]
Press Play is a 60-minute, staged reading workshop experience. Starting with a brief theater workshop, participants get to see theater in real form as it follows by an interactive live performance, guided reflection and character dress - up. Participants engage as readers, critics and creative storytellers —using theatre as a tool for self-expression, social-emotional learning , and collaborative problem - solving The workshop fosters a safe, inclusive space where participants practice active listening, creative risk-taking
This experience is adaptable for both teens and adults, with age-appropriate material, scripts and facilitation strategies.
CENTER STAGE [ INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP SERIES ]
Center Stage, based on AGSP's book "THE PLYBK", is a theater-arts–based workshop series designed for youth, teens, and adults Rooted in the principles of the National Theater Standards and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL). The program encourages creative self-expression and writing all while reducing stress, and supporting overall well-being.
Offered as either a single 1- hour workshop or a 6-12 week series, Center Stage provides a supportive space where participants can explore their voices, collaborate with others, and develop essential life skills through the arts.
Finale Performance Option:
For groups participating in the 6-12 week series, an optional showcase can be added to present at the end of the program. This performance will allow for participants to share scenes, skits, or a "PLYBK" play that may be presented to families, peers, or the broader community.
